Learn Breathing Exercises To Reduce Stress, Tone Core Muscles, And Promote Calmness In As Little As Ten Minutes Per Day

Sound too good to be true?
Well, try this simple exercise and see how you feel after just one or two minutes!
-
Sit somewhere quiet and peaceful.
-
Place your hands gently on your belly and inhale deep into your abdomen.
-
As you inhale imagine a stream of white light coming to rest in your abdomen just below your belly button. This is your energy centre.
-
Smoothly exhale.
-
Inhale for a four count. Exhale for a four count. Nothing is forced.
-
Feel with your placed hands how you are breathing. Are you expanding your stomach? You should be able to feel this expansion occurring and then the stomach retracting on the exhalation.
-
Repeat for five minutes or more.

“My brother and I had been playing for Professional Football Teams in the U.K. for a number of years, when we met Tim Webb in September of 2003. His advice and techniques regarding bodyweight training and deep breathing exercises have elevated our fitness levels beyond our expectations.
We both feel healthier, stronger, quicker and more confident than ever before.
We will certainly be continuing to use his techniques while playing in the USA!
Thanks Tim!”
